Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is $4.95. Orders of $45 or more ship free.
Processing time
Every anklet is personalized and made to order. Please allow [3–5] business days for your piece to be engraved and prepared before it ships.
Delivery time
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update after the label is created.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows your package is lost in transit, or it arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a free replacement.
